Technical Support Rates

This document sets forth the rates and conditions under which Thermal Dynamix™ will furnish field technical assistance for the period January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.

 

Scope of Assistance

Furnish qualified engineer to provide field technical advice and guidance relative to the installation, operation, troubleshooting and repair of various heat processing and atmosphere generating equipment.

 

Rates

Straight time (8 hours) Monday through Friday: $125.00 per hour.

Overtime, weekends & holidays (except July 4th,Thanksgiving & Christmas): $160.00 per hour.

Work time on July 4th, Thanksgiving & Christmas: $240.00 per hour.

Travel time (except July 4th,Thanksgiving & Christmas): $55.00 per hour.

Travel time on July 4th, Thanksgiving & Christmas: $125.00 per hour.

Specific Vendor Technical Support: TD’s cost plus 15%

Transportation, meals, lodging, laundry and other travel related expenses will be billed at actual cost plus 15%. Local travel by private automobile will be billed at $0.70 per mile.

This document does not anticipate any materials, labor, tools, parts or equipment being supplied by Thermal Dynamix™.

 

Taxes

The rates quoted are exclusive of any and all taxes.

 

Terms of Payment

100% of the charges for work performed due upon presentation of invoices.
