Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation and insurance. Please allow 7-10 days for order processing.

 

Flat rate shipping for parts is $13.95 within the continental United States, regardless of quantity ordered! Please inquire for shipping rates for international sales. Please contact us for shipping quote on International orders.

 

Return Policy

Refunds and exchanges offered within 30 days from date of purchase, subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received, in original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted.

 

Clearance Items are all sales final, refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

 

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

 

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send email notification that we have received your returned item(s), and state refund approval or rejection.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, minus 10% restocking fee. The refund to your original form of payment may take 7-10 days to process. If rejected, Thermal Dynamix will not be responsible for shipping fees to return items to buyer.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your expected refund, and 7-10 business days have passed since notification of posted credit, please feel free to reach out to us at sales@thermaldynamix.com.

 

Exchange Policy

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange items, please email us at sales@thermaldynamix.com.

Buyer to be responsible for shipping costs for returns. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. When mailing returns or exchanges, shipping insurance is highly recommended. Thermal Dynamix will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
