Rates and Terms
TECHNICAL SUPPORT RATES
This document sets forth the rates and conditions under which Thermal Dynamix (The "Company") will furnish field technical assistance for the period January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007.
SCOPE OF ASSISTANCE:
Furnish qualified engineer to provide field technical advice and guidance relative to the installation, operation, troubleshooting and repair of various heat processing and atmosphere generating equipment.
RATES:
Straight time (8 hours) Monday through Friday: $90.00 per hour.
Overtime, weekends & holidays (except July 4th,Thanksgiving & Christmas): $125.00 per hour.
Work time on July 4th, Thanksgiving & Christmas: $150.00 per hour.
Travel time (except July 4th,Thanksgiving & Christmas): $75.00 per hour.
Travel time on July 4th, Thanksgiving & Christmas: $100.00 per hour.
Transportation, Meals, lodging and laundry and other travel related expenses will be billed at actual cost plus 10%. Local travel by private automobile will be billed at $0.40 per mile.
This document does not anticipate any materials, labor, tools or equipment being supplied by Thermal Dynamix.
TAXES:
The rates quoted are exclusive of any and all taxes.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
100% of the charges for work performed net 15 days upon presentation of invoices.
