Thermal Dynamix builds both electrically heated and gas fired car bottom furnaces and ovens. These furnaces are heavily insulated and sealed to minimize operational costs.

Motive power for each furnace car is an electrically driven gear motor working through a reduction box and chain and sprocket.

The furnace shown here is a gas fired, 4,000,000 BTU furnace with a load envelope of 5' X 10' X 5'. The furnace design is to accommodate a 15,000 lb load.
