The manual loading and unloading of heat treat furnaces is a dangerous and unpleasant business. It places employees at substantial risk of injury and adds a great deal of risk to the employer, especially when a quench operation is involved. Automatic loading is a better and safer method.
The AutoLoad system, designed and manufactured by Thermal Dynamix enables rapid loading and unloading of furnaces while maintaining a short transit time between furnace and quench tank. Most importantly it gets an operator away from the heat and danger of the furnace chamber and the splash hazard of hot quench liquids.
Thermal Dynamix AutoLoad systems are designed for either dry or quench applications and for either single operation (loading or unloading) or for an immediate, consecutive unload/load cycle which enables very short furnace open-door time.
An additional benefit of a Thermal Dynamix Autoload quench system is that it enables the use of an internal quench furnace with a salt bath quench without modifying the furnace itself.
