The purpose of an atmosphere panel is to distribute the process gas generated by one or more atmosphere gas generators (usually ammonia dissociators or endothermic gas generators) to one or more atmosphere users.
Typically a single generator is used to supply several furnaces. The atmosphere panel ensures a reliable and consistant allocation of the gas atmosphere to each furnace.
Atmosphere panels built by Thermal Dynamixprovide complete instrumentation of all parameters and absolute control over the distribution of the product gas.
Shown in this photograph is a Thermal Dynamixatmosphere panel configured to distribute a dissociated ammonia atmosphere from a single source to five different furnaces. We can build them to serve one or twenty units or anything in between.
This photo also provides the opportunity for a comment: Normally our choice of color for Thermal Dynamix equipment is blue. We like blue. Looks good; professional. All that notwithstanding, we will happily paint our equipment any color you want; safety green, warning yellow, shocking pink or whatever compliments the decorating scheme of your facility.
