Susanne Chase
Susanne has experience in design, engineering, hardware, sales and customer service. Her past experiences enable her to read drawings and understand our processes, designs and parts.
Susanne serves as our "Jane of all Trades" at Thermal Dynamix. She assists with Sales and Purchasing primarily and is the newest and most welcome addition to our staff. If the voice you hear when you call in is pleasant and female it is most likely Susanne.
Actually, as she often reminds us, Susanne's most valuable capability is to put up with the divergent personalities of the rest of us.
